Hi there 🙂
Ever since I can remember, I wanted to become either an explorer or a singer. Well, nowadays I own a travel size guitar, I’ve been traveling (or been mentally on the road) for 7 years now, and I’ve attended a Puffin research expedition in Iceland. I always say, “we’ll see where I end up”, because that’s just how it is. I wish one day there is a place to call home (preferably in a cabin next to a lake with a kayak and a fireplace and a dog…), but until that I keep my head in the clouds and start looking for a van to live in!
This blog and website is not really about travelling… My photos are from my travels, and so are some of the stories, but mostly I like to talk about how to wake up parts within us that want to be listened, and how to find joy and peace, in everyday life. My path takes me through yoga and all that jazz, but my writings gather experience, embodyment and philosophies. I’m here just cos I love to write, and sometimes a wave of flow comes and a writing comes up.
What do I love? True connection (the kinda that sucks you in and doesn’t let go). Fire, flames. Starry sky. Impressionism. Morning tea. Good made-me-feel-so-alive conversations. Brave people, the ones who know their truth and dare to follow it. Animals, especially dogs. (I could just move into the woods with a dog and be happy.) People, those with big darn heart and an open mind.
What inspires me or makes me write? Questions, who am I, what am I doing here, what could be the purpose for all this. How could I make this better. Philosophies, some western, some eastern. Mindsets, how to live your full potential and find yourself. Mindfulness and Jon Kabat-Zinn, Zen and Tao by Alan Watts, from Shame to Strenghts from Brene Brown. Ideologies, researches, philosophies. My life, my mind, my journey towards both inner and outer freedom.
And that’s what this blog is made from.
